أَن يَكُونَ المُعتَقُ هُوَ مَولَى العَتَاقَةِ حَيثُ يَثبُتُ لِلمُعتِقِ الوَلَاءُ عَلَى العَبدِ الَّذِي أَعتَقَهُ

وَلَدُ الصُّلبِ
هُوَ اِبنُ الأَبِ مِن صُلبِهِ
